At Beardo, we strive to deliver the highest quality grooming products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for unopened and unused items. Please ensure the product seal remains intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Beardo account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Package the product in its original box with all tags and invoices; our courier partner will conduct a quick physical check during the pickup process.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 24-48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Beardo Wallet within 5-7 business days.
